Shipping Policy

  1. Free delivery within 3km is only from MIK stores in Taipei, Taoyuan, Zhubei and Taichung under 5kg and must be worth NTD 1000 up!

  2. Currently, there are many options to get your order & do the payment: in Taipei, without paying any transport, handling, or any extra charges. Self-pickup: Pay cash or by credit card (3% extra charge if Credit card) at any Mayur Indian Kitchen store (click to see address)

  3. Mayur Indian Kitchen stores offer online payment by credit card or through Paypal as well, if you want to pay by LINE pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or any online method, we accept cashless transactions, talk to us by Line:@miktaiwan or our WhatsApp no.

  4. During Covid19 situation, we are taking extra care while packaging, delivering ot preparing our delivery products. Each of our staff is wearing gloves, facemask, safety gears and disinfecting hands before handling.

  5. For Fresh food Ordering, kindly choose '45 min delivery' in Taipei, Hsinchu or Taichung. We are sending most of our free or paid deliveries by MIK delivery system, Lalamove, Ubereats and Foodpanda Taiwan.

  6. To know about our free delivery for food & groceries or discounts, like our store and restaurant pages to get the latest updates. Anytime you can drop a message on our social media platforms or talk to us by line/Whatsapp!

  7. Please note anything ordered, delivered even for self-pickup in Hsinchu, Taichung if incurred shipping charges, the guest has to pay for it, of course, we will notify before! Please transfer the money into the following account, once we confirm your order by a phone call or our official LINE only! (Email wouldn't be valid as it is an auto-response system)

  8. Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash at the time of delivery anywhere in Taiwan! 

  9. Express Delivery: We will do our best to prepare and deliver within 24-48 hours depends upon the product, weight, availability, weekends/weekdays. This option has additional charges of delivery as we will use the fastest way possible! Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries. Please wait for our confirmation call for this option!

  10. 7-11 Delivery: We suggest foreigner/student/office workers who don't understand Chinese / stay at university/ not at home, kindly choose 7-11 or convenience store delivery option! You can easily go & pick it your order by yourself anytime! (Because other carriers are usually the riders are Taiwanese who if could not understand English well, avoid to wait to contact you or charge double to visit again)

  11. The customer has to pay for the shipping fee, for any damage caused, or in case of a return/refund or exchange of food, goods during deliveries.

  12. Delivery Timeline: 

    Mayur's online Indian store only ships within Taiwan for now.

    Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or over a major holiday may take longer than 3 working days. we are not responsible for delays caused by the carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or severe weather. All normal orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days.

  13. MIK stores do not provide any VIP card discounts as that was the promotion for 2020 and 2021., you can buy our gold card membership from this given link.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return anything bought from us we will be happy to exchange a goods provided it is in a fully resalable condition, we will replace the product to your satisfaction. In such circumstances, before using the product ;

  • Send Email to us @ indianfoodintaipei@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
    The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

  • Conditions for return: 
    Products/Items should be UNUSED.
    Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
    It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

  • Please notify us about the damaged goods or Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Exchange (if applicable in case of damage)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.If you are approved, then your exchange of item will be processed within certain amount of days.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us by using contact form.
    Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable/exchangeble. 

    Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Exchanges:
Any exchange due will be processed within 3-5 working days of us receiving the goods.
